The formation moves in area :

  • V1 - Sale of Breads and Pastry makings biological - sales leaflets cards
  • V2 - Sale of Breads and Pastry makings - presentation in store and education of the customer.
  • V3 - Reception - Presentation - communication - telephone.
  • V4 - To that and sale on the place of sale - it is the trainer who moves.

Training in center :

  • V5 - Management accountancy Pays - 169 hours
  • V6 - Sale, animation, management, communication - 169 hours
  • V7 - Pay - regulation, to establish a payroll, the entries, declarations URSSAF, ASSEDIC, precaution and pension fund.
  • V8 - Accounts Department - the assessment, the income statement
  • V9 - the writings and the newspapers purchase, case, banks
  • V10 - the writing and newspapers countable: cash sale, sale of supplies, Operations various, declarations of VAT.

The trainer moves in area :

3 - Trainings in Biological bakery addressing itself to beginners or professionnels
This formations are exempted in center :

  • A1 - biological bread on leaven or yeast
  • A2 - the furnace with wood with loud-voiced person

  • A4 - the Biological foliage starting from butter
  • A5 - the Biological special breads
  • A6 - Various methods manufacturing methods of the biological breads
  • A7 - Decoration
  • A8 - special Manufacture for animations stores

4 - Trainings in Biological pastry makings addressing itself to beginners and to professionals
This formations are exempted in center :

  • P1 - raised pastes - products resulting from biological agriculture
  • P2 - puff pastries - products resulting from biological agriculture
  • P3 - dark pastes - products resulting from biological agriculture
  • P4 - chou pastry - products resulting from biological agriculture
  • P5 - funds - products resulting from biological agriculture
  • P6 - crêmes - products resulting from biological agriculture
  • P7 - desserts - products resulting from biological agriculture
  • P8 - tarts - products resulting from biological agriculture
  • P9 - small furnaces - products resulting from biological agriculture
  • P10- chocolate - products resulting from biological agriculture
  • P11 - pastry makings known as Show of Tea
